Washington, DC, headquarters our Federal government, and Bill Hinson spent the 1960’s as a statistician for the Crop Reporting Service of the USDA. The city boasts matchless scenery, but it is at it’s most beautiful in the peak of Spring when the cherry trees bloom. Not a year went by that Bill didn’t capture the eloquence of these gifts from Japan.
